Christmas Grand Marnier Truffles

Ingredients:
  • 60g butter, chopped
  • 75ml thick cream
  • 220g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  • cocoa, sifted
In a small saucepan, combine butter with cream. Cook on low heat until butter melts and cream bubbles around edge. Remove from heat; add chocolate. Cover and let stand until chocolate melts. Stir until smooth. Stir in egg yolk. Mix in Grand Marnier. Chill until firm.

Form into 40 balls. Roll in cocoa. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to two weeks. Download Sample Menu
